I had the front hydraulic cylinder controlling the steering replaced and after putting the bucket infrastructure back on and connecting the two hoses for that, have a leak on a seal on a post near all the hose connections on the bucket controller stick. The 3 pt. hitch will not lift unless I roll the bucket up, which is extremely slow. Some interplay between the bucket and 3 pt. hitch. Thanks for any ideas.

Sounds like your power beyond loop is blocked. Lower the 3pt and see if the loader improves.
