Remote valve couplers

Just wondering what most people use to replace the seals in remote valve couplers if the parts are not listed by Kubota? I'm looking to put new seals in the couplers on an M9000 and see only the coupler unit listed in parts ($225+ each) and no breakdown or anything in the way of related parts.

What I see in there looks like something other than a simple O ring, possibly a square type seal? Maybe the seals are listed elsewhere and I just don't know where to look?

I can't find the parts diagram or part number for the couplers but I am sure you can find replacement couplers for a lot less than $225 each.

Edit: found the couplers and they are what I expected. Replacements are $50 each plus the cost of the adapter.

So replacing couplers (regardless of price) is the only solution to the leak?
No - you can replace the orings/seals if you can find what you need. That may or may not fix your leak.

Check the number stamped/etched on the couplers but I will guess they are Faster 4SRPV which is now
discontinued. If so the seal kit is Faster AE12S+OR12H

Since you're familiar with this seal kit, can you tell me if the main seal is indeed a square type rather than an O ring? That's what it looked like but I didn't remove it for further inspection, just assumed I could get them from Kubota. Doesn't look that way.

I am familiar with the Faster couplers but not the seal kit. I got the part number for the kit from the Faster catalog.

Personally I would simply replace the coupler rather than hassle with a seal kit t4hat might save me $40.

If he has 6 or 8 couplers and wants to fix all of them, it would not just be $40 for all new couplers.
Even if he only has 4 couplers, still some money vs just the seals.

I would pull the seal out and start measuring. But that is just me. He can probably get a bag of 50 seals for less than $10 from McMaster- Carr. Well, then there is the shipping of $7. ;)

So what's your source for these couplers?
Valpariso Hydraulics.

I have 4 brand new 4SRPV couplers with -08 female ORB thread on the shelf right now.

You need to check the thread on yours to see what you need before ordering anything.

This is standard OEM two valve stack on M9000. How many different threads can there be? Kubota site only shows one coupler number. 3A111-82010.

The couplers are mounted to the valve using male to male adapters. So

Off the top of my head the ports on the valve and/or coupler could be any combination of SAE-08, SAE-10, 3/8 BSPP, 1/2 BSPP, M18, or M22. I doubt the valves are any type of tapered pipe thread but the couplers might be.
