Amazon A-Z guarantee?

Beware of the Amazon A-Z guarantee.
I ordered some Dupli-Color automotive spray touch up ($15.77) from Amazon.
Product was offered by Amazon, from 3rd party supplier.
Arrival took 11 days, and by then I no longer needed item, as car had left the area.
3rd party supplier (Genesis Auto Supply) would not accept prepaid return.
Amazon stated that Amazon A-Z guarantee did not apply with 3rd party suppliers.
I have been using Amazon without issue, for 20 years,......big surprise to me!

Its always been that way as far as I know; I always make sure it says "shipped from Amazon" before I'll buy it.

Yep if not direct from AMAZON i know its not going to be returned…. Paint i wont even bother returning to anybody.I'll use it someplace.
I have seen some of my stuff take a lot longer to deliver with all the storms across the country.
