I checked the injector timing on my Kubota b4200 (z600 engine), which was fine, but.... on the front cylinder I could dry the inside of the injector pump fuel fitting and watch for fuel while I slowly turned the engine by hand.
On the back cylinder, after I soaked up that residual fuel in the fitting, more fuel would immediately fill that fitting to the brim. I kept cranking and waited for it to overflow and then checked the timing mark on the flywheel and all was good. I'm just concerned it shouldn't be doing this, that no fuel should appear inside that fitting until the cam actually depresses the plunger in the pump.
Thanks!
