I have a Z327 zero turn mowers and have added a used GCK bagger to it. I keep throwing the drive belt from the mower to the blower. It was the correct unit for the mower, correct belt, spindles are good, not a lot of hours on either unit. When I mounted the new pulley, I did notice the pulleys were at slightly different heights and the belt would not stay on for more than a minute or two. I took the drive pulley off and shimmed it to the same height. Will stay on for about 30 minutes then it is gone again. It is coming off the tensioning wheel. Not a lot of lip on that tensioner wheel. Should I try to fabricate a couple of round plates to fit on that tensioning wheel to try to keep the belt on?
