Yanmar 3TNE68C-G1A diesel question

I have a kubota b7100-hst I was wondering if the yanmar I listed above would fit in my tractor. They look very similar but have differences any input would help me decide to keep it as a spare engine for my tractor or sell the engine. Thanks
