We have a 2014 SVL90-2 that we recently acquired thats having some problems. its running on some codes and since we are a company in Mexico the dealers here do not have the equipment to service, or delete codes on this machine. Anyone on here have an idea how to clear codes without having to take it to a dealer?
Codes its showing are the following

The DPF is completely plugged, will require removal and cleaning then resetting using dealer owned software called Diagmaster. There isn't anything an owner can do at this point.

....or more specifically the ECU "thinks" that the DPF is plugged.

Have only seen it a handful of times, but the differential pressure sensor had a problem, making the ECU "think" that the DPF was plugged up.

If it is in fact plugged, you need to find out why and address that issue before just blinding having the DPF cleaned. If not, you could end up back at square one quickly. Once cleaned, there is also a sequence of items that a dealer will need (or "should") do. You can't just clean it and send it and expect it to work like new again-it don't work that way. When the DPF if off, be sure to record it's serial number, for one (of many) things, to make sure you get yours back.

It Must be serviced by a dealer, no way around it, unless you know someone that's got some pirated kubota software/hardware combination, and to my knowledge, that is nonexistent. But I don't know the black markets and dark webs either, and dont need to.

Codes its showing are the following
E:9010 Engine stop to protect DPF
E:9203 Intake throttle error
E:9113 EGR valve system error
E:9003 Level 4 warning
any help is appreciated

You should start checking your wiring harness on the engine for damage. Inspect the wiring going to the DPF muffler sensors where the wiring extends from the loom. Many times the loom will wear through the wire's insulation shorting the wires or cutting them in two.
The fact that E:9203 and E:9113 are displayed makes wiring a suspect. Problem is, if you can not correct E:9003, the machine must be connected to a Kubota dealer with Diagmaster to induce a forced manual regeneration. A level 4 DPF muffler does not need to be removed to clean it.

Clearing the codes without repairing them can only be done with Diagmaster and unless repaired will quickly return.

A couple questions that might help out someone else in this predicament. Where did you purchase this machine? New or used? If used where was it originally purchased? There are several Kubota "Distributors" listed for Chihuahua. They " ought to " have the Diagmaster to solve your issue, but if not I'd certainly want to contact Kubota corporate. What's the point of selling equipment if it can't be serviced?
