i have a 2003 l3130 with 380 hours. if you turn the steering wheel the front tires wont turn unless you turn the wheel quick.then it turns but go a little ways and it does the same thing. i lifted the front end off the ground and you can turn the wheels freely by hand. if you turn the wheel when its in the air it turns good. could it be the cyl. bypassing or the pump.

and I wish someone would come along with some good news on this problem but this same question has appeared several time up here before and there is no good news for a fix other than a new orbital steering valve. I wish I had a kit or some internal parts break down but I can't get them from Kubota. This really hurts ownership
