Do most of you remove the whole thing during the summer? Finding it is hard to operate loader sometimes with hitch. Too high interferes with bucket at times, too low drag dirt and block movement.

Yes, I remove the subframe for the summer. On my lx2610 it can be removed easily. It has to be removed as it uses 2 of the hydraulic connections needed for the loader.
I put both the blower and the subframe on the same pallet. The subframe lays sideways in front of the blower. That way, once I put the subframe on the tractor I can just hook up to the blower to lift it off the pallet.
