Hello,

after a 4 weeks business trip I returned home and found a 2 inch ice layer on my paved road.
Actually the law say's I have to remove it because of my tenants but it is to much work for me to do it by hand and my Kubota don't have the equipment to push it away. With my bucket at the 3PH, it does not work.
So I set up signs, that it is icy! The county here do the same, because they are out of salt and get only small amounts.
It's wintertime !!

And I hooked up my flail mulcher and shaped at least the surface that it is not smooth anymore. The result is really nice, as if you are walking on fine gravel. Of cause you have to wear shoes for winter with no smooth sole.

Somebody did the same before?

Carl :)

Hi Cabu. Great idea. I don't think I have heard of anyone doing this before. It might be a bit hard on the mulcher but it is better than some one falling and hurting them selves.:D Dusty
