I need to get the *#$!!@#$ Hydraulic Control Valve (CIRCLED) off to replace the o-rings. After having to remove roll bar, seat, fenders, on and on and on, I was able to remove the 2 Hydraulic fluid lines and could get to the only other thing that holds it in place besides the bolts. After many tries I finally was able to remove the worlds most difficult Spring Pin(160) and the super easy to remove Joint Pin(170) from the Hydraulic Lever Boss(150). So the only things holding this stupid thing on should be two bolts, However, even though pins 160 and 170 are removed this thing will still not come off. I have sprayed penetrating oil on part 150 but it will not budge.. Is there some super secret trick?? PLEASE HELP!!

Yes, you will have to heat it up to remove it if it's stuck.

Cut sleeve #150 lengthwise with an angle grinder. Replace sleeve.

It will likely work even when sleeve cut with the two spring pins through it.

Here I would just call the mobile service truck and let them come fix it
I would too if we had one! I even called my closes Kubota repair place and they said they didn't know how to take it off and that they could look at and see but they were weeks behind and I don't have a way to transport it to them right now.

Thanks. The sleeve is only $9 so that is good! Almost everything else I've had to buy for it was $$$

When you do reassemble, apply Neversieze to the parts 150,160,170,110, and the valve shaft.Rub and smear the NS on . After it works, THEN spray some thick Rustchek ,al over the 'joinery'. The 'trick' is to keep water OUT of those parts. A baby CV 'boot' full of grease would be ideal, though perhaps exteme.

Good idea. That way the next person that has to do this will have an easier time because I'm not doing it again!

When you go back together with it be sure and use some anti seize.

I GOT IT!! I was able to get some vise-grips in there and clamped them onto the sleeve and held them and worked the lever(120) back and forth until it finally started to move a bit. Slowly it started to move a little and then more and more! Finally it came free!!! Here are the o-rings that were in there and the new ones that are going in. I thought that they were the cause of the leak and now I am pretty sure. Flat crushed and stiff. I guess we will know when I get it cleaned up and put back together!

Wow! The difference is unreal! Almost to the point that I would wonder if the replacements are the correct ones.

Just my initial impression as a novice with little o ring knowledge.

They are Kubota O Rings ordered from Messick's. Correct part numbers on packages so I am gonna assume they are. They are the same diameter but the old ones are flat and these are still round.

New ones on top, old ones below, I think. I was kinda confused myself for a minute.
