Picking up a L2195A

I have forks on the FEL with 7' extensions on them that I use to pick up and move the snowblower around. I pick it up from underneath which works, but not the easiest way. I would like to pick it up from the top by attaching chains with hooks and some kind of brackets on both ends of the snowblower on both the front and rear side.
Has anyone come up with something or have any ideas how to do this?

My snowblower has eyes to pick it up.
You could add them easy enough.
