Picked up my new L Grand 4060 HSTC today!!!

Hey guys. Sold my L3200 earlier this week. Perfect timing. Picked up my new Kubota L Grand 4060 HSTC. I feel like a kid at Christmas all over again. Man, this is one sweet tractor. Can't wait to break her in this Thursday. Bush hogging a 6 acre field.

My new L3560 came with the same Loader.. I use this tractor a lot more than I did my old Massey without a loader.. I'll go cut brush that didn't even need cutting Just to ride the Tractor

Congratulations, I'm on my second GL, first an L5030HSTC and now an L5740HSTC and love the HST+. It took me a while to learn to use it, but it's great.

It's a great time to sell. I sold mine in less than 2 days.

I traded my L5030 in on my L5740 and it was sold before it was even put on the lot for sale. A guy from northern Missouri was passing through and stopped to fuel up across the road, saw it setting out by the shop and stopped in to ask about it. He couldn't believe his luck, so he called me for details and bought it on the spot. They wanted to service and check it out before letting him take it, so he drove back to pick it up a few days later.

Good used tractors sure go fast.

Great Tractor and I do love the Cab...

Have had mine since mid-2014.
216 hours on it.
Per dash average hourly fuel consumption is .6 gallons which is amazing.

When using the tractor I keep rpms at 2200 or so. Keeps the regeneration frequency down and engine is in its power band.
When rotary cutting or tilling run it 2400-2500.

Had a L3800 prior to this tractor....similar to your upgrading!

Great. Thanks for the advice. Yeah, looking forward to using the cab. Bushing hogging today and it's close to 80. Can only imagine the benefits this summer when it's 85% humidity and 100 degrees.

My brother was less than enthusiastic about cab tractors and he owns a few, been driving them over 50 years.

A couple of years ago I began having health problems and couldn't keep up with the work on my farms (we own farms jointly and separately), so I asked if he could do a bit of bush hogging on one with my L5740HSTC and another on my M8540HDC.

His next tractor may even be a cab tractor, though he'll keep his open station ones as well.

Very nice machine! I picked up a 3560 in May and love it! I have always had John Deere tractors but could not get myself to buy the deer cab tractor the Kubota was so much bigger more stable and nicer. I do wish I went with the 4060 you could never have too much power! How do you like the king cutter post hole digger? I was thinking of getting one.
