curious, tried looking for it..... kubotabooks has a Japanese manual for GB12-13-14 which may be similar ??
it might be considered a 'gray' tractor or maybe specifically sold to say Europe ?
there may be a similar 'tractor for export'.....
pretty sure you'll get more posts later......

Yes the GB18 is a Grey market tractor to the USA and a lot of grey market tractors never had traditional manuals.
I have found a lot of these models lack operator, parts and service manuals.
