I know , it is buried in the forum somewhere, but to lazy to look!

I really tried to use the new anti-venting nozzles for gas cans. Just a bad idea or poor design.
Poor flow control, gas leaking past air valve onto fingers and equipment, and just hard to use. I converted cans to old fashion nozzle with an air vent.
Filling a generator at 2 am from a 5 gal during a thunder storm with gas dripping on my hand and 'air burps' causing over flows in the generator fill was just too much BS for such a stupid law. Give me old fashion stainless cans with real gaskets and true safety standards.
I tried 5 spouts and all worked well. The plastic cans will still need to be vented in hot weather but that has always been true.
