I was curious , so I 'ran the numbers', based on Kubotas website and it'd be a close 7000#, within spec for the trailer and truck. As long as the trailer brakes are good, I'd pull it. Yes, it's close to being 'maxxed out' BUT a reasonably smart driver could pull it all day long. 7 miles is easy. Especially if YOU know the road and traffic patterns.
Have to ask do BOTH trailer axles have brakes ? If so, BONUS ! Pulling is easier than stopping. Also be sure tires are at correct pressures, both truck and trailer.
Had a friend drop his Case 680 TLB here one day, he drove it instead of trailering it and it only took 12 minutes more for the 23 mile trip. It saved him the hassle of splitting the triaxle, chaining he 680,reconnectin the trailer at both ends of the trip.
