I have a 2019 7060 that after 1 hour of use acts as if the tractor is in re-generation mode. During this time the re-generation indicator is not showing in my display. At times I do get the message indicator that the tractor is in re-generation mode cleaning out the dpf muffler and once done the tractor continues and sounds normal. However, after 1 hour of continuous use it acts as if it is re-gen mode constantly but no signal. Tractor will stay in this mode continuously as long as I run the tractor. During this time I must have it in low 3 gear or it will act as if it is going to stall. If I raise the loader or turn at the end of the field I lose 200 to 300 rpm. When I park the tractor and start up the next time it runs and sounds normal then if I run for 1 hour or more the problem comes up again. I have drained the bowl with minimal to no water and have changed fuel filter. Even drained all fuel and it was clean and still acts up. It started doing this at 100 hours and tractor now has 177 hours. I bought the tractor new. Any ideas?

Just an out there thought, what condition are the rubber fuel lines? Could they be collapsing? Somewhere else on the interweb I read a fellow was having a power issue and it turned out to be bad fuel pressure and he ended up trading in the machine. Let’s hope it’s not that for you.
What about a fuel tank vent?
When it starts acting up can you leave the rpms up and look at the fuel bowl to make sure it’s full?

Another thought.... how do you operate it? What rpm? Heavy load or putting around? I try not to idle much, but most I do is loader work so it’s slow going. So when moving around the yard I let’er scream 2400rpm and when roading I try to run WOT to help keep the DPF clean and hot. In summer 50-75hrs between regents for me. It burns no more fuel lower rpm lugging or higher rpm.
