It looks like that tractor has a tandem hydraulic pump. WAG - you have lost hydraulic flow to the steering circuit.

Thank you, any ideas on a fix? I guess power steering and transmission are on a separate pump than 3 pt, 3 pt and loader

Thats probably how it works. Standard hydraulic trouble shooting. Start by verifying flow and pressure at the pump and work back down the circuit from there. WSM should provide lots of detail on that process and describe how the system works. Hopefully something simple.

Just a tee and gauge to install on the inlet to the power steering controller (#5 in the schemstic).
