M105S pto change 540 to 1000

I am thinking of buying a M105S equiped with 540 pto. I see Kubota has a 1000 option. How hard is it to install this option on a existing tractor?

Most PTO implements run at 540 rpm. Older tractors did have options for multiple PTO speeds, I do not believe that is common with current tractors. For the sake of argument just assume a 1000 rpm PTO is not an option - easy or difficult. If it was not an original option with a particular tractor assume conversion parts are not available.

Are you suggesting that if this option is installed, one would have the CHOICE of 540/1000? (or would it now be fixed at 1000 without uninstalling this option?)
