Perhaps you should explain the problem better. I just sold a Ford 501 mower. I believe when they were sold new there was a piece to fit on each lift arm. However the one I had did not have those pieces any more. It had pins that allowed it to hook up to the 3 point without any problems.
Maybe a quick hitch or Pat's coupler would give you a few extra inches of length on the 3 point arms.
