I'm really glad i found this site; you guys are great!

I have a 2005 L3130 with 260hrs on it. It is practically brand new-garage kept its entire life. My problem is, in a matter of appox two hours, the three point lift/lower went from quick and responsive to needing to depress the clutch and rev the engine to get the three pt to respond. Even then it is still very slow. I'm not that familiar with the hydraulic pump(s?) operation, but I can say that the loader still works fine.

Conditions at the time of failure: I was doing the bi-weekly mowing with the bush hog and managing small brush piles with the loader; weather conditions were warm and dry(no mud).

Thanks in advance for your help!

Lowering the 3 point is controlled by a valve like a water faucet. The more it's open, the fasster it falls. I'm not sure if that valve controls the rate of lift also. Mine is right under the front of my seat.

Vic, you were right on the money! Found a piece of screen (probably out of a funnel) causing the restriction. Thanks again for sharing your expertise.
