L2296 Bucket Chain Hook Options (HELP)

good day everyone. im a new Kubota owner! just got my L4060 last week. i am wanting to put chain hooks on my bucket. the bucket is the L2296. i see that the outisde hooks are best to be welded, but can i put a hook, or hook/clevis combo in the center of the bucket? bolted to that top plate that runs between the front arms (see pic)
can i bolt it on there? im looking to use parts from Bolt-On Hooks. i think Ken here?

Absolutely!…you can put a hook in the center.. A Clevis would be even Better!

I”ve got two hooks …one each in alignment with the FEL arms/Cyls…and a Clevis in the center…. and that combo has worked really well for me and has greater versatility, IMO.

I've not seen a bolted hook or combo there, so I can't advise.

I‘ve not considered bolt-on products since I finally ponied-up for a MIG welder…. but your response caused me to visit your website to see what you might say about painting such things as hooks and hardware….. I’m Impressed!

Note we sell weld on parts too, in fact our 5/16" and 3/8" hooks are the ONLY grade 70 weldable hooks forged here in the USA. We have a video on out YT channel showing the 3/8 ones getting forged.

Hey Kenny, do you think i can use the weld on hooks in the spots that i have indicated in the picture without any issue? i was just trying to keep those hooks in line with the cylinders

well, i got my hooks installed! dont laugh at my welding skills. i am pretty sure they will hold though. LOL

I have the same bucket on my MX. Put the hooks in the same spot without issues.
