Not to beat the dead horse of inventory, but for years I spent a significant amount of time to find tools when I wanted to do something.

I'm not a youngster, and had accumulated a lot of stuff over the years.

When I bought a simple HF tool box, I was surprised what I had for sockets. I have added some metric here and there, but my grandfather's 60-70 year old S-K set had a great start for 1/2" drive stuff. 98% of my work can be done with something 1 1/4" or metric equivalent and smaller.

All I know is I don't have enough, and no matter which size the bolt is, the first three wrenches I pick up out of the tool box are too big or too small.

I practically wept when a ratcheting wrench fit a bolt on the heater on the automatic water heater and made it easy to get off given the one inch of room there was to swing the wrench under there.
