My m-9000 kubota runs very well but once it comes up to temperature starts spitting oil out of the tube from the valve cover vent. Has anyone had this problem? Engine starts instantly and does not smoke or misfire. Anyone have an idea what it could be?

How much air is coming out with the oil?

Pull the Oil fill cap with it running, set it on top of the hole, if it acts like a pressure cooker relief valve, you have a blow by issue, only way to fix that is rebuild it.
