I've read that before, but wonder if that is really accurate. From what I can tell, SUDT-2 (a Kubota USA trademarked product made by Valvoline) is only available in the US. It can't even be got in Canada (we get "Premium UDT" -- a Kubota Canada trademarked non-synthetic made by Shell Canada).
Given the amount of assembly that the dealer has to do to turn the crated parts into a working tractor, I wonder if it is up to the dealer to fill the fluids too. It would be cheaper than shipping bulk fluids to Japan and then paying shipping on the additional weight for the return trip.
I suspect that it may be more accurate to say SUDT-2 is the factory-specified fill.
