Kubota BX2380 Won't start. ran fine no issues, i put it away till next weeks grass cutting. When i tried to start it was just dead no sound but the gauges and lights worked. i checked the battery with multimeter and iwas reading 12.9 volts.

Gonna say a "safety" switch is your problem -
Sit in seat :
turn key,
move HST pedal and see if it changes
move the PTO level and see if it changes
bounce on the seat and see if it makes a difference

Had an issue with mine shortly after I got it where the PTO lever was slightly bent, and dug itself into the edge of the plastic channel when I turned off the mower. End result: it wasn’t engaged so the mower was off, but it also wasn’t fully disengaged, so the safety killed the motor when I got up until I found it and got it all the way to the idle position.
