Kubota b2410 4x4 disengaging by itself

Hi guys, I have a problem 4x4 disengaging on it's own as soon as some pressure is added, meaning as soon some pull is needed.

Can you guys point me in the right direction on to what to be researching on fixing this...

I have no knowledge on your specific tractor but, most gear selectors have a "detent" to hold the selector in the correct position. It is a notch in the shift rail, a steel ball and then a spring. If the spring breaks, no pressure to hold the shift rail in the correct position. There are other possibilities but this is the most probable and easiest. Easiest only if it's accessible from the outside.

Thank you, I am planning to take the sides apart as I have to replace thr canle for the bi-speed. I aill start with this and hope. Thank you again.
