I found this interesting article that might explain a few things. Also, I found that depending on the size of the tractor and loader, the FEL could hurt or not. For instance, the very small tractors already have a very low COG.

No argument that that is a good article.

One thing I found interesting was that the image showing the angle at which the tractor was in danger of rolling over was so great. Much steeper than I would ever attempt to traverse. Maybe not accurate and just for the sake of illustration.

Secondly, the center of gravity is show differently, shifted in the image showing the tractor tilted. Again, a detail that is unimportant for the message being stated...

I just would like to add: Whatever the dealers put in the tires for liquid weight, holy cow it works well!
I had to take off my rear tire last night and it must have weighed 100 pounds, lol. Heavier than my Jeeps 36" Super Swampers.
