That's along the lines of the T bar, I put together in the for tying and tightening Hi tensile wire, or barbed wire :D all it is, is two pieces of pipe welded together to make a T. With a hole drilled into the end of it. Very simple and effective for tightening fence wire :D Just slide the wire through the hole, lay it against the back side of the post, twist till you reach the desired tension. Then staple the wire. Then back it off a little, and wrap the wire back on to itself and clip the excess :D
