Identify This Part

I need help identifying this, about 1.5", found on mower deck of my G2460G
as I am preparing for plowing.

I recall about a month ago a clunky sound while I was mowing.

Anticipated thanks to the experts.

Gee willikers….if Ford has that right, that tension pulley may not be secured?!?!

Looks like he’s got the right one….

There’s grease around the hole in the cover….grease and grass underneath…...that’s been in service recently. It’s not a extra/spare part bouncing around.

It’s only secured by the grease zerk - probably not much risk of popping off, but best to verify sooner than later.

It’s only secured by the grease zerk...

...which means the grease zerk has gone AWOL. Time to give the whole implement a close inspection, and catch up with the maintenance!
