HST tractor back wheel neutral ?

I have a l3301 HST & noticed yesterday that with one wheel off the ground & can not rotate the wheel . I have the H-M-L lever in neutral & the foot pedal in the neutral position . Is there some way to have the back wheels freewheel ? I am at the stage where I need to readjust my chains for winter .

Did you have it in 4wd?

With the Range in neutral, the front axle disengaged and the parking brake off, the wheel will spin.

Take it out of 4WD

Take out of 4wd or jack the front end up too.

Good deal , Yea , it is in 4wd , I should have thought to take it out . I didn't know if the valving had anything to do with the wheel moving or not .
