HELP! L2800 hydraulics weak, squeals under load

I'm not sure if this was a sudden or gradual onset, but my L2800HST has perhaps 1/2 of the lifting capacity that it used to. Both the loader and 3-point hitch are affected. When trying to lift a heavy load, there is a loud squeal/screech rather than power delivery. Filters have been changed and fluid levels are good. The hydraulics function smooth and properly when not under load. I've read in other posts that there may be a hydraulic screen filter, but I've not found anywhere that tells me where it is. I've also read that there may be an issue with the pressure relief valve, but I wouldn't know where to start on that path either. I do not have gauges to read pressures. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Check the suction pipe on the back of the hydraulic pump. It may be cracked causing air to enter, which will cause exactly what you're describing. It's on the right side of the transmission, kinda to the left of the brake pedals. About 1 1/8" outside diameter; it connects the steel pipe to the hydraulic pump. It's most commonly cracked on the back side, in other words, you usually have to reach around it with your fingers and feel for the cracking. If it is, it will be obvious.

I found the hose, but unfortunately it's in great shape. No cracks, breaks, or openings where air could enter. Thank you for the thought though!

Does it have aux hydraulics? Perhaps one is engaged. They should be in neutral.
Does it have a selector valve under tractor for when you are running with loader removed?
Check to make sure hydraulic connectors are fully seated.
Those are a couple things to check also.

UPDATE: Still no luck, but what I have learned is that the squealing is coming from the handle and occurs under load both when lifting and curling. It's almost as if the load is too heavy, but I know it isn't because I've lifted the same load a thousand times. Thoughts?

If the loader has quick disconnects that go from the valve to the tractor I would disconnect and reconnect them, if no improvement remove disassemble and inspect each set (male and female side).

Just to be clear I'm not talking the ones from the loader valve to the loader cylinders, but the 3 lines from the loader valve to the tractor.
