I have not but I cliqued the linque. At first blush I liked what I saw until: "Magister Hydraulics manufacturing facilities are located in the Ukraine and operate under the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate."

I not a xenophobe, particularly when it comes to europe. I question whether the current military conflict will impact production and delivery. That would be my sole concern.


Anecdote: I purchased a pair of slipons for my nazi-built scooter since it sounds like a refrigerator when it idles. They were made in Poland and the quality is satisfactory for $630 shipped to my abode.

I have bought 4 of their cylinders of various from their ebay link. reasonably priced and all held up well, no leaks.
When I made my BH77 thumb hydraulic one of theirs was a good fit with the right size pin holes and clocked with the fittings on the side. I did some modification to the base end but nice dimensions etc to start the project with.

When the steering cylinder on my Ferguson roller sprang a leak the mfr’r wouldn’t support it with the special seals it needed. I bought a replacement from Magister 3 years ago and it sits outside in the weather and works a dusty environment….and does the job beautifully. I would buy from them again.

And I would support a mfr’r in Ukraine with Gusto, … especially in contrast to china and some others.

I once (2009) had two Ukrainian pilot-clients in the simulator I used to train at DFW. They were excellent pilots and honorable people. They hated Russia. They predicted Putin’s “special military action”.

Yes Hagrid, the war has been a challege for both of them but they continue to persevere.
