To give you thorough answers, really need to know what it's out of.
Kubota makes mutiple variations of engines for mutiple uses.

Why are you removing the governor?
And that engine doesn't have a "supply pump".
It's a mechanical injected engine.
It has a lift pump and a injection pump.
And you don't need to remove the governor to pull the injection pump.

Give us more information on what your trying to accomplish.

It’s from a Kabota tractor that I had to tear down so the block can be machined because they ran it low on coolant so it overheated and scarred the cylinders which caused the rings to stick to the pistons and it started burning oil like crazy

And I’m trying to get that off. I know it’s a injection pump but for some reason whenever I was looking, it was saying otherwise don’t know why I just went with it but I need to get that gear off so I can get the front plate off so I can remove the rest of the components to it and get the crankshaft out of it before I take it to the machine shop.
