fuel pump l3800

my tractor is an l3800 hst and has less than 200 hrs . i bought it in oct 2013 . our local dealer says my fuel pump is bad . do you guys think they will fix it with so few hrs on it?

I assume your warranty went out in October?

Are you talking about the injector pump?

Ask them to check if the 3 year powertrain warranty can help you.

What is wrong with the pump? Which pump, the low pressure or the injection pump? Been a good while since I've had to deal with fuel system components on the 3200/3800/4600. Pretty bulletproof tractors.

If it's the fuel pump, that's not a big deal, $103.88 part,
Now if it's the injection pump that is a whole other matter.
