Good looking machine! You are lucky to get anything right now. 6 months is a long wait, but I don't know if it will be better any time soon. Enjoy it and give us some updates on how it works for you.

Take your time and be careful particularly with kids around. These compact tractors can be dangerous. Despite my cautionary note(s) have fun and congratulations.

Thanks for reinforcing the need to be SAFE...pinch points, crush zones, rotating shafts...roll-over risks...they really don't know how many ways these machines can be dangerous.

Not to pee on your fire. My wife is a nurse and several of our friends are doctors and when the stories start...look out....Bad things happen to well intentioned good people all of the time. Good judgement when operating equipment takes time to develop. Tractors have the potential to easily cause serious injury. Farming is considered one of the most dangerous professions and much of it is equipment related. I like to ask myself "what's the worst that could happen" it turns out "plenty". As beautiful as a new tractor might be it is not a toy. End of sermon. Again, have fun, teach those children ,be safe and congratulations.

'Low and slow'....keep the FEL low and the speed on slow until you get used to the tractor....every tractor is different....and get some ballast on the rear ASAP

Congratulations on the new tractor.

Congratulations on the new tractor.
Very familiar with load carrying fundamentals...years spent in Manufacturing/Industrial environments (forklifts, BoomTrucks, Man-lifts, Overhead Hoists, rigging, etc.)
Rear Blade + QH will add 433 lbs...attaching SnowBlower will add 492...Ground is flat here...
But being reminded of these safe tractor procedures is always good...appreciate the points being made!

It's never as shiny as right after delivery which is when I took my avatar pic this spring. For me, the L2501 is definitely right-sized and I keep discovering new/smarter ways of doing work around my place. I am just getting back into firewooding for the year after digging, grading & generally cleaning up this summer.

Work lights are also on my shortlist also now that it's Nov. but it was easy to put off this summer.
Replacing the front bulbs with superbright LEDs helps some.

Looks great and you will love it. Let us know how that snowblower works for you...
