I'm old, and old school. And I learned a couple lessons from my uncle Gunnerd who was a farmer and ran tractor's before and after his WWII service time.

In the 80's, when I my pop's bought our first Kubota, I had a long chat with my uncle Gunnerd because I was the primary operator of it.

He said, among other things... The primary issue is #1, never lug a diesel. #2, never leave your implements with pressure on them.
