Yes, all of the common rail electronically fuel injected Kubota's will have a diagnostic port. They call it a diagnostic connector. A traditional scan tool doesn't fit it, however. The ONLY tool that works for Kubota diagnostic is Diagmaster, which is PC or laptop software, and IIRC, you need a dealer license to acquire it. I have used it-and it's pretty limited as to what can be done with it, but it is nonetheless a useful tool for a dealer.
The diag codes are all OBD II codes, BUT, the nomenclature is different with Kubota than it is with other manufacturers-and this throws a curve for those familiar with automotive OBD II terms. Because of the difference in the Kubota specific nomenclature, you should not-and cannot-use OBD knowledge.
Most of the L01 series will show a code in the panel where the digital hourmeter usually resides, but only if there is a code. If there isn't a "hard" code, it shows hours. Codes can be cleared from the panel but it doesn't clear it from the ECU without diagmaster, so if you figure out how to clear it from the panel, but can't remove them from the ECU, it doesn't do any good, IMO.
For some reason, Kubota doesn't give their trouble codes in the WSM. They're all in the training manual of diagmaster. I hated the way they did it, but I'm pretty sure they had a good reason to do it the way they did.
