After having the second instrument panel develop condensation and fail, Kubota won’t replace as I was a week out of warranty. Anyone know of a non Kubota replacement part and where to purchase? 2017 BX2670 is the model. I don’t relish spending $300 for a instrument panel that I have no doubt will have the same issue.

A couple of thoughts:

1) Do you have the previous failed unit? Perhaps take it apart, ID the failure and attempt to fix. What do you have to lose at this point?

2) Call Kubota customer support and see if they are willing to work with you.

3) It looks like the part has been revised. Perhaps the issue has been resolved. Do you know what part number was replaced last time? (Below information is from Messick's. For model number, I used BX-2370-1. You'll need to verify if correct)

60 PANEL (METER) K2751-62502 5-7 business days 1 lt;=23585 ORDER BY REFNo060 NEW PART
60.1 PANEL, METER - replaces #K2751-62502 K2751-62500 $292.99 5-7 business days 1 to equal #K2751-62502
60 PANEL, METER- PANEL(METER)2751-62510 $302.51

Added in edit: Searching K2751-62500 suggests it has been replaced by K2751-K99000

If the above is accurate, it looks like a number of changes have taken place.

Good luck and let us know how you remedy the situation.

There "used" to be a process that dealers could go through to get "pre-approval" authorization for warranty. Kubota's warranty system is completely changed now, and that option is mostly gone.

Have you tried contacting customer service yet? "Condensation" in the meter is known and they may be able to help you more than the dealer can.
