Howdy again.,
I have read a bunch or two notes about Bx25 front tires going flat usually it sounds like just one goes but I,m lucky enough to have both of mine go .One went not too long after I got the orange and then recently just before its 50th hour service.
Both had the same issue the the air leaked out inside and outside rims .Now my son is a service truck driver for a large tire company here in Alberta and he warned me when I got the tractor to check the pressures on a regular basis because he says that these smaller tires that handle quite a bit of load like tractors ,forklifts, tuggers etc have very stiff tire walls which in turn don't always seal to the rims as well as softer rubber would so then if the pressure does get a little low and you happen to have next doors dairy cow jammed on the front loader forks then you end up with flat tires and a animal cruelty official on the doorstep !..
So I had been good and checked the pressures weekly or so..
When I was at the dealership a few days after the second went I mentioned the flats to the Kubota guy he asked how old it was what tires were on etc he said he would get back to me the next day ,so sure enough he emailed the next day and asked for the date stamp on the tire wall ,which I did.
Next email came in and I have to take both wheels and tires into the store and he will replace them with brand new assembly's .
So I will try to find out more when I take them in but it sounds like they have had a dodgy batch of tires but I ,m not sure why they want the wheels back again I will try to find out more .
Well I,m off now to hide from the dairy cow protection agency or the DCPA for short oh and the neighbour I guess.
Cheers
