It’s a 2019 BX2380 with 450hrs. It’s has regular maintenance and service including fuel filters. When using the belly mower at pto rpms it chokes like it’s being starved of fuel. You can stop, disengage the deck and it will straighten up. Dealer said probably dirt in the fuel tank. I Put one side up on ramps so I could force the fuel to side with the cap. I pumped the fuel out watching real close. Used an air hose to move the fuel around in the tank. Cannot see any dirt in the tank. Replaced fuel filters. It’s still doing it. What do you guys think? What do I chase next? The dealer said to pull the tank and clean it out……

Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Ron.

Have you checked for fuel flow at the injection pump?

Have you been changing BOTH fuel filters?
Have you checked flow out of the electric fuel pump?

Thanks for all the help! You guys were on the money as to how to track this down. No fuel at the injectors, fuel pump And filter. I turned my air compressor down to 15 psi and blew air in the line leading back to the tank. The dealer was right the tank was plugged at the outlet. It may happen again and if it does I will pull the tank. I needed a quick fix to get a project done. And it worked.

I installed this in the fuel filler on my BX24 to prevent things from getting into my tank. Fits the BX24 perfectly, I'm not sure if the BX2380 have the same large fuel cap or not!
