BX1500d speed control safety switch

I cannot locate the speed control safety switch.
I have some drawings from the local tractor store but they aren't helpful, they really don't show the switch in relation to the linkage. Also so much of the linkage is buried behind the fuel tank and the seat under the cowling. Is the cowling pictured meant to be removable for service?

Sorry speed pedal.. yes #070 on the lower rh image, cannot locate it on the tractor. Wondering where it is and if I need to take off the seat, cowling, and fuel tank to get to it.

Your tractor does not have a switch on the hydro pedal.
The two switches shown in the LR corner are the PTO safety switches that are mounted on the left side of the tractor.
The upper left of your image shows the Range lever safety switch which is mounted right above the RH rear axle housing.
