My Bx 2370 has 1290 hours on it, I am finding that I need to increase the rpm to get my loader and mid deck to react to the same speed as be for, I was doing most work with the loader and cutting grass at 2500 rpm now I need to run at 3000 or more to do the same jobs. Any comments as to what would cause this . Thanks

What is service history; when were fluid and filter last changed?

What fluid do you use? Filter?

Is the loader smooth in lifting and just slow, or is it jumpy? Ever notice any air bubbles in the reservoir when you pull the fill plug?

Is it full of fluid?

Mid deck is a physical linkage. Hard to see that anything can degrade - you do the revs, it runs. Are you sure you aren't just getting used to the machine, and maybe your expectations are changing?

Off the top of my head, on the 80 series there's an injector service and maybe a pump service or check due at 2000 hours?
How often has the tractor been serviced?
Air and fuel filters clean?

It runs off engine power. If the engine is making less power at a given RPM, it will take more to get the same work done.

Ah, fair, if the problem is that the RPM is dropping. But if a deck is holding RPM, then it's doing the same thing it always did.
