I have a new BX 2360with a 60 in mowing deck and loader when I turn the knob to lock deck from going down it will stop at no.4 and will not go to the next setting that says top,it will go to zero the other way what is the problem it is all the way up when I do this????

I think it's linkage adjustment problem! I have had this happen to a couple of times on some of the units I sold, but I did not stick my nose into the problem to check on what my shop did to cure this. I will try to corner them on Tuesday when everyone is back to work.

Are you turning clockwise? Are you sure arms are all the way up?

I just now looked at my adjustment and my deck sits as low as it can with the arms all the way down. That bolt and nut have no load on them there so maybe some up and down of things needed to make the job easier. adjust when no load is there and see what it does.
Sounds like it's operating correctly according to what my dealer told me. That is what it is designed to do. For instance, if you're using a tiller on the 3 pt hitch, when you want the tiller to do down, you don't want the mower to go all the way down, but it will go down to 4 when you have it set to the top setting.
