On that tractor it's not an easy or simple thing to add it.
There was a kit that you could get if you bought the LA211 loader to add the hydraulics to the tractor.
That kit is long obsolete.
You can still get the one part (hydraulic block) that is required to add the hydraulics to it.
You will have to make your own hoses or lines.

The last 2 are standard metric bolts and washers, you could get them locally.

Since you don't have a loader you would need to make a mount to hold the valve.
