Hi- I have a B7500 that I love and generally works great. Have recently been having some fuel issues. When the tractor is pointed downhill I will lose power and RPM's. Generally it will not stall, but comes very close. It will generally come back within ten seconds or so. Only happens on moderate to steep downhill areas. I've changed the fuel filter several times- thinking maybe the lift pump, but can't figure how the angle would make a difference. Any ideas?

That sounds like there is something (crud) in the fuel tank which is restricting fuel flow when going down a hill.

If it's built anything like the 7510 the tanks arnt terrible to pull out. Not fun, but not bad either. You can't really see in the tank that well. unfortunately, so it's hard to see if there's anything growing in there.

Get your tractor oriented downhill then pull the fuel line as close to the tank as possible. Fuel should flow freely. If it doesn't your fuel level is too low or you have crud in your tank. If it flows freely check for good flow at the filter.
