Hello, can someone please help me with identifying what are these called or part number?

Two of them are destroyed and need to replace them but cannot find them.

Those are just thread protector plugs to keep dirt from entering un-used bolt holes. You might have problems finding the exact ones. I removed mine when I installed my BH subframe.

If you have a leak out of any of those holes you've got a problem!
Those are just plastic thread protectors, they don't seal anything.
