B6100/B7100 parts question

I've searched but am unable to find the part number for the red shift knobs found on the PTO, 4WD and Hi/Lo levers. If someone could furnish it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, are the knobs threaded, or somehow press fit?

The red ones are obsolete they are now all black:

They should just be press on.
Heat with hair dryer or heat gun on low to get them off and to put new ones on.
