I have a B3200 and recently came across a B2660 front mount snowblower in great condition for a great price, but I've been told that it won't work for my tractor, that the mounting system is completely different and can't be adapted, does anyone out there have any experience with this or know of a way to adapt that blower to my tractor? My local Kubota dealer tells me it can't be done, but I would like more opinions.

I don't believe there are many things that can't be done!:D BUT! There isn't anything you can buy from Kubota to marry these two. If you have the money to fabricate the mounting brackets to the tractor it can be accomplished, but most Kubota dealers won't have the equipment and knowhow to do it. You'll have to take it to a fab shop or something similar. If you buy the snowblower be sure you get the complete drive shaft with it as these parts are ridiculously expensive from Kubota!

I have a 2620 with a front mount blower that worked very well last winter, so in my opinion even if it needs a bit of fabrication it may be worth it. I could take a few measurements of mine if you need them. Mine is a quick attach model and once the FEL is off it only takes about ten minutes put on but I do leave part of the snowblower subframe on the tractor all year, it's ballast.

I installed an old 2550 snowblower from a B7100 on my F2100. Well worth the effort! Had to build mounts and reverser for the pto

Thanks to those who responded, I'll do some more measuring and research and if I decide to go with it and it works I'll post the results..
