My treadle pedal is not fully returning to neutral, it slowly falls forward and causes the tractor to creep. Also sometime I have to play with the pedal and the lmh lever repeatedly to get it to start. Help

It falls forward under it's own weight? As in the tractor is stationery, you don't touch the pedal at all, and it starts moving all on its own?

If so, that's uncommon. It's much more common for them to not self centre when you take your foot off. Which is caused by various forms of stickiness. Moving off centre itself must mean a spring missing/broken, or somehow the centre pivot is off so that it's trying to return to the centre, but it's not really the centre.

Look for rust on the HST linkage under the tractor.
Spray with penetrating oil.

Yes it very slowly falls forward under its own weight. Causing it to creep forward and not be in center neutral

Sounds like the hst pedal center holder mechanism is sticking and/or there's a spring missing or broken.
Press in on each side of the plastic center hump cover at its bottom back corner and lift the cover off.
Photos show the center holder on my 2017 b2650hsd rops tractor. The other pic tries to show the return spring inside and below the center holder, make sure it's intact and connected.

Clean all and lube with Fluid Film.

Check operation.

I was just in there on mine today too! Make sure that bearing is spinning freely as well.

The same thing happens to my 2501. You gotta keep it lubed way more often than I expected.

BTW I had to drop the General Lee at the dealer for a broken speedo cable and told them that my PTO switch needed adjusting because I had to "push it" to start the tractor.....

When I picked it up the service manager explained to me that the switch did not need adjusting, but that it also had the same lube interval as the treadle pedal.
